How credits work
Each translation uses credits based on its length. Most chat messages use 1–2 credits. Translations you have already seen are cached in your browser and are free to show again.

Monthly plan credits reset at the start of each billing month and don’t roll over. Credits from sign-up, top-ups and redeem codes never expire.
Pricing questions
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. Cancel from the extension settings (“Manage subscription”). You keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for, and you won’t be charged again.
Can I get a refund?
Your first purchase can be refunded within 7 days. Renewals are not refunded, but you can cancel any time. See the Refund Policy.
What happens if I change plans?
Upgrades take effect immediately: you pay the prorated difference and get the extra credits right away. Downgrades take effect from your next billing period.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards, plus other payment methods Stripe supports in your country. Prices are in US dollars, and taxes may be added where required.
Do yearly plans get monthly credits?
Yes. Yearly plans get the same monthly credits as monthly plans, refreshed every month, for the price of 10 months.
